Advokat Per Nordenson is co-author of Cyber Law in Sweden (2011) which derives from Kluwer’s renowned multi-volume International Encyclopaedia of Laws and is a practical guide to cyber law – the law affecting information and communication technology (ICT) – in Sweden. It covers important aspects of the subject, i.a. intellectual property rights in the ICT sector, relevant competition rules, electronic transactions and drafting and negotiating ICT-related contracts. Lawyers who handle transnational matters will appreciate the detailed explanations of specific characteristics of practice and procedure. We are pleased to announce that the guide recently has been published also in a printed book-version which is especially rewarding since few other national Cyber Law guides edited by Kluwer have at present been published in such version.
